IULCOME / Reception of the new students on ISCTE – University Institute of Lisbon

The IULCOME is an initiative that promotes the integration of the new bachelor students of  ISCTE – University Institute of Lisbon (ISCTE-IUL) - Business School, School of Sociology and Public Policy, School of Social Sciences, School of Social Sciences and School of Technology and Architecture. This activity intends to facilitate the integration of students at the higher education education institution.

The Speed Project was created to encourage former students from 1^st year to practice their elevator pitch in front of alumni. The  activity enabled  young teams getting feedback from alumni who have the experience and knowledge of the labor market.  This initiative contributes to develop and reinforce the bridge between companies and ISCTE-IUL, as a result of knowledge transference from companies to the ISCTE community (students, teachers, employees and alumni).

The reception of the new students promotes integration on ISCTE-IUL, develops a proactive and entrepreneurial attitude and also prepares students to play a featured role in the society. Feel free to benchmark with us about it.
